Every morning at dawn an algorithm compares the wind forecast (Open-Meteo) with the exposure of every beach in Sardinia: the beach most sheltered from today's wind wins, also taking ratings and reviews into account.

Once a day, at 6:00 in the morning (Italian time). The result stays valid for the whole day.

Yes: we use Open-Meteo's hourly forecasts for several points on the island, with wind direction and intensity hour by hour. It's neither a random pick nor AI-generated.
