Nuraghe Arrubiu est jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent la <strong>le plus grand nuraghe de Sardaigne<\/strong>. L'immense structure s'impose comme une forteresse dans une r\u00e9gion parsem\u00e9e de sites arch\u00e9ologiques et comptant de nombreux nuraghi plus petits, les tombes des g\u00e9ants et la Domus de d\u00e9couverte de deux crachats votifs \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur. De cette tombe dat\u00e9e entre le 14e et le 13e si\u00e8cle avant J.-C. (\u00e2ge du bronze), il ne reste malheureusement que peu de choses \u00e0 appr\u00e9cier aujourd'hui.\nAu cours des fouilles et des \u00e9tudes, un bloc de basalte a \u00e9t\u00e9 retrouv\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement sculpt\u00e9, ainsi que des restes de figurines en bronze typiques de la Sardaigne, des poteries, des coupes \u00e0 vin et des restes de bois de cerf. Des vestiges ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9s qui confirment que les types d'inhumation \u00e9taient de type le plus grand nuraghe du monde \u00e0 ce jour. Il est situ\u00e9 sur le territoire d'Orroli, dans la province de Sardaigne du Sud, dans la sous-r\u00e9gion historique de Sarcidano.<\/p><p>Orroli est situ\u00e9 \u00e0 environ 70 km au nord de Cagliari, pr\u00e8s de Nurri, Perdasdefogu, Senorb\u00ec et San Basilio. La localit\u00e9 se trouve \u00e0 seulement 30 km \u00e0 l'est de l'un des nuraghi les plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bres et les plus visit\u00e9s : Barumini.<\/p><p>Arrubiu est connu sous le nom de G\u00e9ant Rouge car il s'agit d'une \u00e9norme structure monumentale qui surpasse tous les nuraghi \u00e9tudi\u00e9s \u00e0 ce jour.
