Nuraghe Arrubiu es hasta ahora el <strong>nuraghe m\u00e1s grande de Cerde\u00f1a<\/strong>. La enorme estructura destaca como fortaleza en una zona salpicada de yacimientos arqueol\u00f3gicos y que cuenta con numerosos nuraghi m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os, tumbas de los gigantes y Domus de los alrededores de Orroli, en la impresionante meseta bas\u00e1ltica del Sarcidano Pran'e Muru, se han prospectado m\u00e1s de 50 nuraghi, que presumiblemente depend\u00edan directamente del gran nuraghe de pentalobita situado en el centro de la zona. El Gigante Rojo, con sus cinco torres, domina la meseta, casi controlando la zona. class=\"elementor-icon-box-description\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\tA unos 200 metros del nuraghe se encuentra la Tumba de los Gigantes, llamada Tumba de la Espada, debido al descubrimiento de dos escupitajos votivos en su interior. De la tumba, datada entre los siglos XIV y XIII a.C. (Edad del Bronce), desgraciadamente queda poco que pueda apreciarse en la actualidad.\nSin embargo, se considera un sepulcro megal\u00edtico de gran valor arqueol\u00f3gico. Durante las excavaciones y estudios se encontr\u00f3 un bloque de basalto enteramente tallado junto con restos de figurillas de bronce t\u00edpicas de Cerde\u00f1a, cer\u00e1mica, cuencos de vino y restos de astas de ciervo. Tambi\u00e9n se encontraron restos que confirmaron que los tipos de enterramiento eran de tipo nuraghe del mundo hasta la fecha; se encuentra en el territorio de Orroli, en la provincia de Cerde\u00f1a Meridional, en la subregi\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica de Sarcidano.<\/p><p>Orroli se encuentra a unos 70 km al norte de Cagliari, cerca de Nurri, Perdasdefogu, Senorb\u00ec y San Basilio. Se encuentra a s\u00f3lo 30 km al este de uno de los nuraghi m\u00e1s famosos y visitados: Barumini.<\/p><p>Arrubiu es conocido como el Gigante Rojo porque se trata de una enorme estructura monumental que supera a todos los nuraghi investigados hasta la fecha.  El color rojo - arrubiu - se debe a las tonalidades que los l\u00edquenes rojos dan a las piedras que lo componen.<\/p><p>El Nuraghe Rojo es uno de los <a
