Island Asinara

Asinara is an island located in the northwest of Sardinia, opposite Stintino and Porto Torres not far from Alghero and Sassari. It is the second largest island in Sardinia, after Sant'Antioco. Many aspects astonish the tourist arriving at Asinara. The first is certainly the silence, that silence that one is no longer used to hearing. The second is the braying of the island's small inhabitants that interrupts and cadences the silence. The colours, scents, flavours, history, art, the power of nature, decadence and splendour; everything tastes different on Asinara, a small ancient world.
