If the requested date is available, the organiser approves the request and the booking is confirmed.

If the requested date is not available, the organiser rejects your request and your booking is cancelled.

For some products you can pay only a deposit online and pay the remaining balance directly to the partner at their premises (in cash or by POS).

If you are unable to complete the payment it is possible:

- the credit card details you have entered are not correct
- the card has exhausted the available funds of the day
- the card has reached its ceiling for the month

It can take between 5 and 7 working days to receive a refund for a paid and cancelled reservation. However, times may vary depending on the credit card used.

Modifying a reservation

For any changes you wish to request: go to the page of the experience you have purchased, click on Manage Booking and submit your request.

All the activities on YepSea are sea-related, so it may happen that the marine weather conditions are not safe and the Providers decide to cancel the planned experience to ensure the safety of the participants.

In this case, you will receive an email or text message informing you of the cancellation of the experience and asking you to reschedule the date o request reimbursement without penalty

Cancel a reservation

If you have purchased an experience but would like to cancel your booking and get a refund:

log into your account and locate the experience you want to delete. The "delete" button appears next to it.

Simply click on that button to cancel your booking and receive your credit card refund within the timeframe set by your bank (usually 5-7 working days).

if you do not find the 'cancel' button, the cancellation policy has expired.

If you have any questions, please go to the contact page and ask for assistance by email. 

If you have purchased an experience but would like to cancel your booking after the deadline stated in the Cancellation Policy, you are not entitled to a refund.

Purchase the card in the amount you prefer, fill in the fields with a personalised message and send it by email*. The beneficiary will receive the voucher in PDF format and will be able to use it for the experience and date they prefer!
